- Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, no charges apply during the trial. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, refunds are not generally available unless required by law.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partial months. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of the service. After 14 days, refunds are not available.
- Service Issues: If the web application is unavailable for extended periods due to our fault, we may issue partial credits or refunds proportional to the downtime.
5. Refunds for Standalone Systems
Standalone software systems are licensed to customers for installation on their own devices. Refunds are governed by the following rules:
- Digital Downloads: Once software has been downloaded or activated, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital goods.
- Defective Software: If the software is proven defective and we cannot provide a fix within 30 days, a full refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same license multiple times, we will refund the duplicate charges.
- Compatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their systems. Refunds are not provided for incompatibility unless specifications were misrepresented.
6. Refunds for Custom Development
Custom development projects involve significant planning and resource allocation. Refunds are governed by the following rules:
- Deposits: Deposits paid to initiate a project are non‑refundable, as they secure resources and scheduling.
- Milestone Payments: Payments tied to milestones are refundable only if the milestone deliverable has not been started. Once work begins, refunds are not available.
- Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client, refunds are limited to unearned fees. Work already performed will be billed.
- Failure to Deliver: If Binary Generics Ltd fails to deliver agreed milestones without reasonable cause, we will refund fees paid for undelivered work.
7. Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for services already performed.
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Refunds are not available for third‑party costs, such as hosting or licensing, unless explicitly agreed.

- Include proof of purchase, transaction ID, and reason for the request.

- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

- When a project is partially completed and cancelled.

10. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
